Studio One Dance Academy has been serving the dance needs of the Clackamas, Milwaukie and Portland community for 27 years! We have the right dance class for you, whether you are interested in a weekly class for healthy exercise, to increase the JOY in your life, or want high caliber dance training Studio One fits your needs.
We are proud to offer a professional staff of instructors teaching weekly classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Tumbling, Lyrical, Contemporary and Break for children as young as 3 years old and up, teens and adults.

With sixty years of combined dance teaching experience, we are dedicated to developing talent at both the recreational and competition level. We provide every student a solid foundation for dance and help every student to discover their strengths and to reach their own personal potential.
STUDIO POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
TO KEEP YOU SAFE
To keep all dancers and teachers safe and healthy during this time,
we have implemented the following rules and procedures

Only dancers & S1 staff are allowed in the building.

Parents/Guardians with questions may pop into the lobby for a quick chat with the staff.

Parents/Guardians of YOUNGER dancers are welcome to walk their dancer into the lobby to help them check in with the front desk before class. (Dancers age 3-8)

Dancers should arrive NO MORE than 10 minutes prior to the start of their class time.

All high touch surfaces will be cleaned at the end of each day.

A daily temperature check will be done upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will be distributed upon entering and exiting the building.

If your dancer is experiencing ANY Covid, cold or flu like symptoms, or has tested positive for Covid, please keep them home until they are feeling better.

Masks are encouraged but not required at this time.

The lobby will be open to guests during the following weeks for those who would like a sneak peek into what the dancers are doing during class. Guests will be able to view class through our large viewing windows. Please only ONE guest per dancer.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

Water bottle and Dance Bag to hold all shoes/clothes (please bring only what is necessary and can fit in your bag).
